One Africa: Returning to the Source Conference & Study Tour in Aswan, Egypt

One Africa - Returning to the Source Conference, Aswan Egypt. Guest Speakers include: Anthony Browder, Prof. James Small, Dr. Wade Nobles, Dr. Leonard Jeffries, Dr. Rosalind Jeffries, Mfundishi Jhutyms, Dr. Solange Ashby and Asar Imhotep.

• Understand the land of Kemet – the predecessor to what is known as Egypt and its contributions to modern civilization.
• Explore the Giza Pyramids – the last remaining    "Seven  Wonders of the World".
• Tour the Valley of the Kings
• Explore antiquities at the Cairo Museum

•Take a Ballon Ride across Luxor Temples.

•Visit the Mortuary Temple of Ramses III
• Visit to the West Bank  to the Desert Djeseru (Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut).
• Visit the island of Agailka (Philae) where we see the grand temple dedicated to the Netcher (principle) Auset (Isis).

Trip Itinerary

Day 1-2 Sunday & Monday Feb 20th & Feb 21st-Depart from JFK Sunday at 6:30pm on Egypt Air flight to Cairo, we will arrive @ 11:10am on Monday. Group will be met and assisted with luggage then transferred to the World-famous Cairo Museum. After our visit at the World-famous Cairo Museum, we will be transferred to the Hotel. After check-in there will be a brief overview of the trip. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel. 

Day 3 Tuesday Feb 22nd- After breakfast we will explore the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (Her Em Akhet).  Upon completion of the visit at the Giza plateau we will return to the Hotel to check out, and subsequently be transferred to the airport for a flight to Luxor. Upon our arrival in Luxor the group will be met and assisted with luggage then transferred to the Hotel. After check-in, we will visit the Southern Temple the Shemayit Ipet (Luxor Temple).  Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel. 

Day 4 Wednesday Feb 23rd- After breakfast we will travel to the West Bank where there will be an option to ride a hot air balloon for an aerial view of the West Bank of the Nile.  For those that choose to take the hot air balloon, you will meet the rest of the group at the Mortuary Temple of Ramses III. Our visit to the West Bank will continue with a trip to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. The West Bank visit will conclude with a journey to the Valley of the Kings. Following our visit to West Bank we will visit the Ipet Isut (Karnak), Temple of the Netcher (principle) Amen. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.   

Day 5 Thursday Feb 24th-After breakfast we will check out of the Hotel and travel to Aswan. Upon our arrival in Aswan, we will visit the island of Agailka (Philae) where we will see the grand temple dedicated to the Netcher (principle) Auset (Isis). After our visit at the island of Agailka (Philae), we will be transferred to our Hotel in Aswan. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.  

Day 6 Friday Feb 25th-After breakfast, there will be a Commencement ceremony for the One Africa - Returning to the Source Conference, in Aswan Egypt, featuring: Anthony Browder, Prof. James Small, Dr. Leonard & Rosalind Jeffries, Dr. Wade Nobles, Dr. Solange Ashby and Asar Imhotep. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.  

Day 7 Saturday Feb 26th-After breakfast, attend the final day of the One Africa: Returning to the Source Conference. Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel.  

Day 8 Sunday Feb 27th– After Lunch we will check out of the Hotel in Aswan and be transferred to the airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will be met and assisted with our luggage and then transferred to the Hotel in Cairo.  Dinner will be served that evening in the Hotel. 

Day 9 Monday Feb 28th- After an early breakfast we will check out of the Hotel and transfer to the airport for a 9:20am flight to JFK, arrive in the US @ 3:15pm on Monday February 28, 2022. 

Accommodation & Rates

TRIP INCLUDES: Airfare and hotel accommodations, breakfast/dinner daily, in addition all tours, entrance fees-except for those that are optional and English-speaking guides (tips not included). The trip price is $3500.00 for double occupancy and $4200.00 for single occupancy.

The price of this trip is $3500.00 (double occupancy), there is a $700.00 single supplement charge. A minimum deposit of $300.00 is required (nonrefundable) for all reservations. The total fare must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure. A valid passport with an Egyptian visa is required.

What’s Included:

Travel will be arranged leaving from New York City, with on-site liaison.

Accommodations will be organized in luxury hotels and will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Costs Includes: Travel. Room and board. All sightseeing tours and entrance fees. Professional guides throughout tour.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit fee is nonrefundable for cancellations. If you decide to cancel. your reservations 45 - 31 days (1/4/22-1/18/22) prior to departure a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

If you decide to cancel your reservations 30 - 0 days (1/19/22-2/18/22) prior to departure A cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded. In all instances the deposit fee is NON-refundable.

Flexible Payment Plans

You will make payments over time to purchase your trip. We require a deposit,  after you have made that payment you will use the next months to pay the balance of your trip is. There might be some months that you want to pay more and some you might want to pay less. Many people just make it an even payment each month and pay it, just like any monthly bill they have…but this one is going towards pure fun in the end!

We handle the mathematical formula, because every trip is unique and everyone has a personal way they want it handled.

We receive and process each payment through check (payable to Akhet Tours Inc.), money orders, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, website (Akhettours.com) or a Bank wire transfer. The full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure.
