TRIP INCLUDES: This journey includes a roundtrip international flight (leaving from JFK, New York), two meals daily (except for four days when only one meal is provided, and the other will be at the traveler’s expense), air-conditioned ground transportation, all tour and site entrance fees, hotel accommodations, and experienced English-speaking tour guides. Please note that beverages are not included and will be available at the traveler’s expense for a nominal fee.
RATES: The trip price is $4800.00 for double occupancy (per person) and $5400.00 for single occupancy (there is a $600.00 single supplement charge).
A minimum deposit of $300.00 is required (non - refundable) for all reservations. The total fare must be received no later than 30 days (June 24, 2025) prior to departure. A minimum of half the total trip price must be made by May 1, 2025 (Double: $2400 & Single: $2700).
VISAS: A valid passport with a Ghanaian visa is required. All travelers must secure their visa. Please visit https://newyork.mfa.gov.gh to secure your visa. You are able to apply for your visa after April 26, 2025.
VACCINATIONS: Travelers over 9 months old are required to have a valid Yellow Fever vaccination, which must be administered within the last 10 years to be considered valid.
Failure to complete requirements (VISA & VACCINATION) for entry into Ghana is solely your responsibility, and HAPI Inc. & Akhet Tours Inc. will not be held liable for any travel disruptions, denied entry, health issues, or additional costs incurred due to lack of proper documentation or immunizations. Please plan accordingly.
